How high to place the scrognet over the auto flowers (pic below is 10 cm above the 15 cm tall plants), for them to stretch somewhat to still fill the net. The plants are in week 4 now.

I've decided to remove wires from the side branches to let them stretch to height. I'm considering adding SCROG net. What do you think ? LST Is it possible to use the lst method for an autoflowering plant, every time I see that you can bend and fix a branch under the lamp? I'm worried that it will be extra stressful for it, but I also don't want it to be too tall. When is it advisable to stop bending?

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.
