LST or Scrog in a 60x60

Just searching to find out the difference between LST or scrog in a 60x60 tent. Any advantages of one way over the other? Or other techniques better? Amount of plants for optimal and fast growth/yield?

Yes scrog and lst are very similar in nature, (they both bend the branches to expose more light and manipulate auxin levels to slow vertical growth etc.) I think to utilize the most amount of space possible scrogging would be the better option because it uses a net that stretches across the entire grow as where lst just ties branches at all different levels where screen of green is more all one level.

LST + SOG - Should/could I remove the LST ties once I place a trelace net over the plants? My plants haven't grown upwards much due to the training/tying down to the pot... A tent and filtration are enroute to support operation, prior to flowering...

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right? I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks
