If you are using decent soil, there should be enough goodness for 3-4 weeks with plants that size, in pots that size. If/when you start feeding, begin with half strength nutrients, as it is very easy to correct a slight underfeeeding, but very, very hard to rescue a burnt and overfed plant. Try for a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed, so that you are feeding every 10-14 days and this will be ideal. Make sure to water until run off too, this ensures the whole contents of the pot are moistened, which is vital for good root development, and will also help prevent any residual nutrient salts from building up to toxic levels in the soil and burning your plants. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Impossible to tell, it all depends on your what is your base soil. If your base soil contains nutrients like FFHF, Canna terra pro, anything containing nutrients *should* bring you over the vegetative period. That being said, an other thing to consider is what nutrient are you gonna use. If you go for some dry amendments those require a few weeks to be decomposed and become available for your plants. Using dry amendments, best is to mix it in your soil before transplant.

I would wait a week or two before adding any nutrients. the soil should have enough for that time. I would add some beneficial bacteria and humic acids to promote growth and breakdown any organic matter for the plants needs. good luck
