NL Auto Day 56 — after major nutrient imbalance: I don’t know how to rehabilitate or determine when ready to flush and harvest... Suggestions for a n00

I committed a n00b mistake & got the nutes all outa whack during bloom. Now the fan leaves are yellowing and brittle. The stigmas are also turning orange, but I don’t see ANY amber trichs — maybe just burned? I fed again, but don’t know how to tell when to flush for harvest. THX!

It is pretty normal for the leaves at late flowering to go yellow, so nothing really to worry about. The close up picture looks like that plant is close to harvest, don't worry about "amber trichome percentages" some plants will never have amber trichomes and some plants will have amber trichomes very early on, depending entirely on genetics. I am a bit worried about the first and third pictures, there seems, what looks like to me, a fungal problem starting to raise its ugly head, with the black blotches being the tell tale sign. I would be stopping all nutrients, letting things dry out a bit and only giving water for the next week or so and be considering harvest soon rather than later. You don't want all your hard work and big chunky blooms going mouldy. Perhaps if you haven't fed them for a few days, harvest could be brought forward a few days. Remember, you will never stop learning when growing this wonderful plant and as a self described "newbie", should be proud of your results. Think how much you learned this time and how you can apply that knowledge into your next grow. I have been at it for 35+ years and am still learning new things every season. Congratulations on your adventure into the wonderful world of gardening for pleasure! Hope this helps... Organoman.

Hi there,Plants are less defensive during flowering stage and they are using all the energies for bud production. They will show heat stress( mostly if temp is above 25C or intense heat at buds, hot spot heat stress)and leaves discoloration(may be different from strain to strain. As long as I can keep my substrate pH in proper range and proper feed, I will not worry a bit about those discoloration). All I would do is making her as comfortable as I can until harvest and focus on buds for pests, mold or rot.Happy growing... ✌️

check with the seedbank you got them from - some strains of auto NL take 11-12 weeks from germination. thats 71 to 84 days so your still another 20 day out ruffly , also you can harvest when the trikes are 100% cloudy , or wait till 10/20% of them go amber , NL trikes go amber or at least the one"s from BC bud depot do..based on your picture it still looks like alot of the trikes are still clear. also it looks like in the 1st picture you got neut burn based on the tips and those yellow dark splotches look like led light burn , as for when to flush, if you running a 8wk flowering strain you flush on wk 8 for 1 week if your in coco or 3 day flush if your in dwc , . if you running new stain like 70 to 84 days flowering and your not sure then wait till the trikes are 90/100% cloudy then flush .. the goal here is to let the plant tell you when she ready, you dont wanna start flushing on day 63 for 7days if the plant will only be ready on day 82,,, and this will come down to personal preference on trikes , you want a more uplifting high, cloudy trikes, you want a more couch lock high let the trike go 20/30% amber for the strains that do go amber 8)
