Time to switch nutrients? Still vegetative or Pre-flowering?

Now that she is showering her pistils, does this mark the beginning of pre-flowering? Also should I begin the switch from vegetative nutrients to flowering nutrients or keep with the vegetative nutrients until more pistils show?

She is just showing her sex at the moment. She is still in veg. When those areas get heavier growth, thicker white hairs starts to appear which indicates flowering stage. Start you bloom nutrients then. I would start with 1/3 recomended dose. Mixing a half and half off grow/bloom nutrients for the first couple of weeks then just bloom thereafter. EC and PH of Runoff still Higher than Solution even after a flush and lowering the ECHi, i still having this problem even after down the concentration of solution for 1/4 that scheduling feeding table says. I have some measurements listed in the week 10. Maybe my media is buffering PH and EC because i used to recycle it over times?4 years ago

It used to droop badly but I fixed that (underwatering) and the plant looks a lot better.
Stalk was weak so I switched to "Veg" (mostly blue light) mode.
I also added proper nutrients which are helping even more.

EC and PH of Runoff is Higher than SolutionI'm putting a full nutrients indication in all watering since beginning of flowering. And I was suspecting it was too much, so I decided to measure the runoff of the plant. And the measuremet was:
PH - in: 5.88 -> out: 6.76
EC - in: 1.15 -> out: 1.27

Watered less then 24hrs ago. Very hot in the tent. Can I water again??Am I able to water her daily? I watered her 2.5L less then 24hrs ago now and she's already feeling light and looking droopy and sad.
