a flush isn't magic.. .and you shouldn't drown it when someone says flush. it's kinda a poor word to use, if it was me, sorry for the miscommunication.
just stick to water-only irrigation -- as you normally would water. it will slowly reduce concentrations over a period of time -- depends on how toxic it was.
due to light's color -- What color are those lower leaves? if dark and/or glossy i nreal life, that's another confirmation it's a toxicity. If the under leaf feels super smooth, that's another sign of tox. (K-tox in that case. Learned that from some poorly prepared coco, lol).
stick to pH'd water for at least a week. Don't immediately feed it 2 days later.
don't feel so bad.. it is frustrating.. review recent behaviour and maybe take a note or two of what you think may have caused it.. start feeding a bit later or a bit less next grow.. adjust and see what happens.. trial and error. Please, don't feel bad about this. Once you get it, it is like riding a bike. a matter of balance of many variables to learn.
