Can I trim these browning leaves or should I leave them? Also my plant seems a little short to be 5 to six weeks

If your in straight water your PH is at the top end of the range. You want to have it at 5.8. Keep it in the range of 5.5-6.5. EC seems a bit high for a plant that size. I think you got some nutrient burn going there. Or possibly some root issues with the light being able to shine through the holes of your net pot. Yes you should be changing the water weekly if you are running into issue or if your in flower.

No stretchConcerned about this plant. No stretch whatsoever yet. Veg period has been longer than expected for a auto (7 weeks) which has probably been a god send.
It’s throwing so many new shoots that the sun simply cannot reach them. Should I be defoliating or just wait?

Started LST but now plants look a bit sick?I attempted to do LST but I think I've maybe started too early as some of the leafs started to wilt kinda bad afterwards. Was careful not to break anything. Edges are curling and have discolored. I have a feeling they're a bit short too?
