Stunted growth

My autoflowers that I'm growing outdoors was severely stunted during their growth. They are 8 weeks old, 4,5cm in height and is showing signs of flowering. I was told my nutrients was too synthetic for my organic soil mix and should switch nutrients. Are my plants still savable?

Short answer - get rid of these and start over. Don't waste anymore energy and money on these dwarfs. I did and got one or two smoke out of each plants. Better spend effort with other things. I grow out door. And these day, I grow mostly photo. Main thing about photo is that mistakes can mostly be reset by extending vegging period.

Next time start them off indoors if poss.If its not very warm then get one of those cheap little plastic greenhouses with a little gas burner for heat and Co2.I think its due to being too cold along with lack of light.Start again. If nothing else you've learnt a good lesson,a hard one but a good one.

There is no such thing as "too synthetic" for any type of growing medium, they are just trying to sell you stuff or cover their asses. Fertilizers are either organic, synthetic or a combination of both. They are all designed to feed plants, no matter the medium, be it soil, coir or hydro. Unfortunately now that they are starting to flower, there is not much that can be done to increase their size dramatically, be it manure or "too synthetic" fertilizers. You have, unfortunately, discovered the disappointing reality of growing autos outdoors, they just don't grow that much unless they are getting 18 hours of intense light. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.

Cold temps can stunt growth. If you are growing in quality soil there should be enough available nutrients for the first 2/3 of a cannabis plants life without the need to add any extra..
