From what you are stating, she is in a good environment. Although I would be tempted to lower the EC to around 1-1.2. I would say overwatering has caused this which may be causing root issues. Make sure you let the substrate dry the first few inches of coco before watering again. Add some humic acid and beneficial bacteria to help maintain root health and soil condition. Your runoff coming out at 6.7 is worrying. You substrate seems too alkaline. Did you flush with CalMag before planting? Agricultural gypsum will lower the pH of you substrate, dolomite lime will raise it. Use very small amounts, eg. tsp at a time and check your runoff. While you are doing this you are also flushing her to remove any excess salts causing the pH issues. Do that first, give her a good flush, 3x the capacity of the pot ie 15ltr pot/45ltr flush...
