So these girls have been through a rough 2 weeks. still recovering, Some days they look better, some worse. Did a small 1:1 3% hydrogen peroxide watering 2 days ago, cant tell if it responded good or bad, follow for more lnfo. Any suggestions on what can help?

From my own experiences, adding a mixture of peroxide/water helps with root rot and add oxygen to the soil. I personally only used 1 part peroxide and 4 parts water.
The girls look like they are starving... at least they have a lot of similarities of plants starting to eat themselves.
Damaged leafs will always stay damaged... If it was my grow, I would watch for issues on the new growth to see if the problem is corrected.

Yellowing leaves, brown spots, tips pointing down and are brittle and burnt,I got some leave problems.
signs:
- Leaves turning lightgreen/yellow.
- Tips of the leaves are pointing/curling down and are brown and brittle.
- Some leaves have a reddish colour, especially the leaves on the buds.
- Some leaves got brown spots on them.
