All the seeds look to have "popped" tap root visible, shell is cracked. germination is successful. Looks like the issue seems to been them dying off as a seedling, could be a few things. looking at your grow in week 1-2 the seeds look over watered and the feed your giving them seems a bit to much for a seedling. That combo is a sprout killer. There is also the risk of dampening off from unsterile/wet growing medium, I help avoid this by using a mycorrhizae inoculant on its first water. one tip that may help, water the medium before u drop the seed in, stir it in a big pot/bowel, you can get the correct consistency before transferring it into the growing vessels. best of luck.

I would let your seeds germinate until the tap root us 2-3 cm long. I seen the seeds a split and the tap root is showing but I’ve had much more success letting them develop a nice long root in the towel. Also, seems to me your soil looks drenched, make it damp and dome them with clear plastic cups to hold in humidity. Lastly, seems as though they are stretching a lot, it the light is dimmable increase the light, if it’s not dimmable move the light closer to the plants
