how should we water our plants when they are at this stage, every day? or should we start to wait 1 day between each watering of 150ml for a 5 / 6L pot? because at the moment I strongly humidify the substrate around the plants +/- 100ml every day. they have seven of veg.

Hi there, Plants at this age can cause overwatering very easily. So 30~50ml per day would be enough for this stage or you can wait until the top soil is dried for about an inch or two. Then water until you see some run off from bottom.Always adjust your water pH and check whenever you water.Happy growing...

Overwatering mostly refers to the frequency of watering. If there are drain holes in the bottom of the pot, "flooding" won't be an issue. - remove the runoff water. At this size of plant, you could water to full saturation(or close to), then it will take 3-4 days before the soil dries out, and is ready to be watered again. (full saturation is important in smaller pots like this) The dry period between watering's is very important for growing in soil, to prevent mould/rot and certain bugs.
