I bought a Lumii 600w dimmable ballast that can be set to 250w, 400w, 600w, and 600w boost; what power should I set the ballast to during the different stages of the plant?? According to size, stage, or week??

You could do 600 the whole way through for fastest growth.........
but 250 for seedlings, 400 for veg and 600 for flower would also make sense, and giving them 600 boost for the last 2-3 weeks of flowering would also make sense.
In other words.....according to stage.

I let mine have 600w as soon as they come from under the T5. Boost on bulbs that have done two grows, put your hand at canopy level for two minutes…if it’s hot or feels uncomfortable with the fans off lift it. I wouldn’t go messing with HPS wattage during growth, pick a watt and matching bulb and stick with it

If you can find your light, click "Test results" and you have a ton of information.
If they dont have "Lumii", sometimes they market under different brand in different logistic demografic. Like "Lumatek"EU and "Phonotek" US

Cuando y como pasar mis plantas a floración??I'm going to switch my plants to flowering 12/12, I've read that they leave them without light for 48 hours to force flowering, is this good or should I just skip it?? And I have a dimmable ballast, I have it set to 400w, when I switch to 12/12 should I set it to 600w or wait until the second week of flowering to change it to 600w??
