I'm going to guess the white dots are mineral deposits from water or you doing foliar feeding.
if that's a correct assessment, don't do that in flower. water the soil or from the bottom, if you don't wash that stuff out, it will be laced in the final product and effect its taste or cause issues. its an ok tactic when your plant need some water based mobile nutes ASAP. but it does not work well for immobile nutes. And you should wash the plant off like in the rain.
the other things appear to be heat and or light stress, it also maybe a deficiency of some sort. but their is no diary or reference to whats happening here,
