You do not have a diary so we are guessing based on one photo. It could be a magnesium deficiency.

Deficiency because she starts to flower? Leaf tipps light green. Some purple at the stems.I have not fed her, just a bit here and there. So I do believe she starts to need her medication.
Its going to the end of preflower week1.
Symptoms: some light tipps and some purple at the stems.
Solution: feed her P and K. could add some CalMag ?

Losing vigor and yellowingSorry I don’t have a diary for this grow. I did collect some runoff on one of my girls so hopefully this can help for giving assistance. This is only my 3rd grow and the first 2 went very well but this one isn’t, all plants have lost vigor, are growing slowly and are yellowing.Leaves. Color - Yellow
