Leaves are drooping a bit and slightly discoloured, especially when comparing it to the other plant. Also, a couple seem to be growing at a much slower rate, is this anything to worry about or will they catch up? TIA

Hey there, bro! 👋 That lighting is way too bright for such a young girl! Because of the powerful light, the processes of photosynthesis and energy exchange in the plant are happening too quickly, and your girl has absorbed a bit more nitrogen than she needed to. No worries, bro, she'll bounce back and continue growing well, but you need to lower the lamp's power or raise it higher or create some shade over the plant (you can use mosquito netting for that). The main thing is to reduce the intensity of the lighting on the plant! 👌😇👍 Good luck, bro!

Either you got a fan blowing right at the one with the droopy discoloring or it's just some soil that's running a bit hot for them. If you want the other's to grow and stretch a bit more move them out from under the direct light and into a corner.. it will help them stretch up a bit more. Happy growing friend! 👊
