Hi everyone, looking for some advice to wether these are swollen Calyix’s or pollen sacks? They are all showing white hairs but do look swollen 😭 Week 2 of flower

Looks like swollen calyx,
Balls have a small little stems and pint downward ever so slightly.
To me balls look a lot like coco pods. They are a bit elongated and not so rounded out.

So I switched my lights out 4 days ago from the mars 600 to the mars 2000. Light is 18” from canopy@65-70% power. I preformed a res change 3 days before the pictures,also topped,Lst and some defoliant.I’m not sure what’s happened but I have yellowing on the new leaves. ??Week 4
