It started in the fourth week of flowering and similar to a banana. I did not fully understand. can you help me what should i do?

that looks like a complete pollen sack more so then a bananna coming out of a calyx.

Are their any light leaks in your tent??
I would isolate that plant asap and check the others before any of the pods have a chance of opening.
in another room, place whatever lights you have on it. and wait till they open, If they open you 100% know its hermi and can kill it or let it do its thing.
Where did you get the seeds from? a reseller or direct from dutch passion, reach out to them and see if they can give you any insight.

Usually at THC plants I harvest at 30% amber and 70% milky.
