Not sure which one you're concerned about... but I'm thinking the one that drinks alot is the healthier of the two. The other one might benefit from some ReCharge which will get the roots going again.
Each plant is an individual and you've got to treat them as such. In my Blackberry Moonrocks grow, out of 4 plants, the youngest one is the one that is surpassing all the others in terms of bud production/fattening... the eldest (by 3 weeks) is still growing and has just now started HER fattening process. Why? Who the hell knows! LOL... but they're all healthy and there's going to be a good harvest from them - just at slightly different times.
I'd look into ReCharge if I were you - I've found it has massively helped me with plants that don't tend to drink as much as their sisters do... and I'm so impressed with the stuff that it is now on my permanent-I-don't-care-what-I'm-growing list of nutes... I'm even adding some to my houseplants and am about to try it (as they suggest) on areas of my lawn that are browing up and almost lifeless.
My two-cents, for what's it's worth! Good luck!
