Coco and Sea of Green tips?

What brand of coco do you guys recommend and why? Starting my first coco and sea of green run. Thank you.

Canna is top dawg probably.. there are obvious differences between them even beyond having to buffer more thoroughly or at all. Mother earths seems a bit more course grade if that makes sense like bigger chunks, whereas I’ve started using this brand I found called “bcuzz” that is excellent and it’s like a coffee ground consistency compared to Mother Earth.. But for best results do a soak for a couple days in a solution of cal mag or even better calmag and decent strength nutrient solution.

Whatever brand you choose and when you rinse it, make sure you use the proper ph'ed water to make sure you buffer it down to 5.8 That's the best ph setting for coco in veg. 6.2 to 6.3 in flower.

It doesnt make much difference. Some coco can come with high sodium levels (due to how its grown or processed) so give it a good rinse after you've soaked it. And then you can presoak it with a mild nutrient solution too before planting seeds/seedlings
