You are going to have bigger problems growing photo period plants and auto flowering plants in the same tent. Your, photo period Tropicanna Poison willl not flower at 18/6 and your auto Orange Punch will not yield very well at 12/12.

In flower I believe that yes; the IR lights will interrupt the cycle and cause all kinds of issues (if they even flower to begin with). Don't believe it'd be as much of an issue in veg, or if you're growing an auto.

Yes, be worried. Some grow lights before the time of white LED's included IR emitters. I would not risk putting an IR illuminator in my photo grow. If I have a big stash in inventory and am just growing an auto as an experiment I might try the camera and IR illuminator.
