What week of flower should I stop IPM spray treatment?What week of flower should I stop spraying the plants with IPM? I dim the lights one morning a week and spray using BAS EM5, Coconut Powder, and Quillaja wetting agent. I haven't seen any pests, almost halfway done at day 29. Yellow new foliageFrom my research it could be phosphorus toxicity, iron deficiency or sulfur deficiency.
Or it could be over watering.
Or it could be poor drainage.

Split stem on seedlingI was checking my plants today, when I noticed that one of them has a stem that is burst open.
I haven't handled the plant in any way. I only sprayed it wet every other day and it has a humidity dome on top. The plant is only one week old (6 days since emerging).

[Polyploidy] I am fascinated with this specific mutation but yet to experience it so any type of information would be helpful!Has anyone tried working with polyploids? are there any other methods more natural methods of inducing that particular mutation than colchicine application? and for colchicine application what is used for best results? seedling or a clone?
