I gave one plant directly 250w hps from the moment...

I gave one plant directly 250w hps from the moment it popped out. The other the same, but on top i ve put a plastic glass which is keeping humidity very high because i can see water on the leaves. Did I ruin in the first one ? Or it wont affect it badly?

I am not sure what you mean by "ruined". Did I miss something on your pics? I have limited germination resources, so I have put my freshly popped seedlings directly under full power lights, with little humidity mitigation. Do I stunt them or not get the most out of them while in this stage, I don't have anything to compare. But, they all wind up in the same place (great buds) at harvest time. As long I keep lights far enough away, they don't wilt, burn, or stretch. Caveat - This is using a grow cabinet, so your grow env may require other things.

When to Flower?Without knowing the true age of my plants. I'm wondering when I should flower. The tallest is about 30 inches off the floor. I need about 16-24 inches for my lights at the top of my tent, and my tent is 8ft tall. Any tips are appreciated. Looking to try to max my yields!! Thanks!
