Hello friend, It can sometimes be breeder size or many autoflowers tend to be somewhat smaller in those first few weeks. Personally all my fast buds grows have been smaller, but that may be because of my growing methods. The only specific thing i can see from your diary is the daytime temperature of 99 degrees. If you were outdoors I wouldn't say that's a problem, but indoors it's a bit high and can definitely stunt the growth. Keep ventilation high, a nice breeze and a good air exchange. Happy growing. ✌️

For the first 3 weeks, your baby is still more interested in establishing a strong root system. It's only going to grow as much as necessary to keep it alive. Week 4 and 5, you will see a LOT of growth if it is your standard auto. I'm hoping the 37°C is a mistake and you really meant 27°C. That is very hot and will stunt her growth.

Are you letting the pot dry before watering again?

Hey man, looks like she is a good size for her age and environment. Just be patient, she is gonna grow! You have an automatic plant that flowers after reaching a certain age. Next time if you want to have bigger plants you should plant a feminized seed. This way you can let them veg as long as you like and switch to flower when they reached exactly the size you want. Automatics just grow as big as they can in the little veg time that's "coded" in their genetics. Hope I could help :)
