None of the plants are growing more than a few mm every other day. And they’re all getting yellow
I let them completely dry, flushed them with 6.5ph water until the runout changed from 5.7ph to 6.2ph.

How much are you feeding them? what is the EC and PPM numbers of the solutions your feeding them with and flushing?
What are your growing them in??
Best to link your diary for this type of question.
A lot of over feeding issues can mimic underfeeding as well.
PH in soiless should be 5.5-6.2
BioBizz also trends downward once mixing give it an house before you water and adjust PH.

How could I improve recovery chances of a broken/folded seedling stem?My light accidentally fell on my seedling and broke the stem right below the first set of leafs. The stem, however, did not break in half but it folded over. I have added support to keep it straight. Is there anything else I could do to improve her chances of recovery?
