You do something terrible wrong with your plants. First one is flowering and got damage or going Hermie or is polinated.
Those hair are pistils, they shrink at the end of grow or from stress and polination.
Too little info, not enough photos ....

please look at my seed 3 days after germination and tell me if she is a gonermy germination pot fell while being moved. one seed got out but it wasn't rooted yet, I put it back in. do you think she will be okey or do I germinate another one? Leaf septoria or jus a deficiency? I removed the affected leaves.I jus removed these as a precaution, leaf septoria is what I was told this is in week 3-4 flowering ik it def will be stunted now I wiped my tent down w a wash cloth and hydrogen peroxide I did not want to use bleach, what should I do next?Keep an eye on it and hope for the best?
