I spot in all pots small bugs looks like fungus gnot really a hundreds of larves …. How to get rid of them?

I use ground neem seed meal in my soil for soil based inseckts keeps them all down good. Not sure about fix either damascus earth or neem meal sprinkled on top. Trim stems up and use trap or glue paste

You can use Diatomite...also known as Diatomesceous Earth...on the top soil then water it in.
Living Soils Diatomite worked a treat when I had fungus gnat larvae. After using it once I haven't seen them since.
Yellow sticky tapes are good for the actual gnats.

But follow wet dry wet dry after, otherwise you will have it again, sticky traps as protection for unwanted visitors - a must !

drooping leaves, cold weather and high humidity, is it overwater problem?I think i´ve overwatered my plants, so it´s is cold (16 C / 60 F) and relative humidity around 70%-75% . old leaves are turning yellow. Droopy leavesWhy are the top of the leaves droopy? Is it because of stress because I broke two brances by accident and lsting, or is it over/underwatering?
I stop watering the second i see runoff. My medium has atleast 10% perlite so its really airy. Leaf tips look normal, no yellowing.Leaves. Dropping off
