so little less than 4x strength...
even if not a brand that instructs to overdose the plants, that's quite high.
if it is >=3ec (1500ppm), i'd definitely put at least an equal volume of water through it as what you just fed. If you are religious about runoff, i doubt it takes long to drop back to wahtever equilibrium you had before. This is the range at which it is deadly for a plant or at least causing some real damage quickly.
allowing dryback will only increase PPM that much more.
calculate what PPM you gave.. make sure it's not insanely high. you need this info to make an educated decision. If it isn't whacky toxic level, you can do a more conservative wait and see approach.
too much watering -- causes mold and shit to grow on topsoil. or, if oyu dump too much water into pot.. it wil cause it to sag (possibly with low o2 water sooner)
1 time shouldn't cause a problem. if you got a good amount of perlite in there, and i see it is coco, it really shouldn't be a problem. sometimes ppl feed coco 3x a day and it never really dries. do you use BTI? this might be a good idea if it stays moist for too long and you are concered about larva.
