Springtails. Not necessarily bad as long as you have a balanced soil ecosystem. They eat mulch, decaying matter and whatnot, however when they run out of food they will eat living roots. Predator mites will annihilate them.

After a bit of looking, I am thinking spring tails as well. I don't have a microscope, but I'm sure under deeper inspection they would be a match. Thanks for the help!

https://www.thcfarmer.com/threads/black-worms-in-my-sticky-trap.124678/ I am more convinced its springtails. Same thing happening to this grower. same looking bug on traps. Caterpillars do not bounce nor fly, They can not get into the middle of a stick trap by crawling.

Do you notice if they are affecting the plant? Do you see them in the leaves or any other part of the plant before you see them on the traps? I wondering if its an insect thats living in the medium vs off of the plant. Are you growing in soil or soilless? dwc hydro? Is this from your current diary? Could try and use a soap and water spray on the top level of soil, Or DE "Diatomaceous Earth" powder to help combat them but it need to be dry to be effective. Don't know if Nematodes would get these as we don't know what they are yet. They are small like a white fly but they are not white, I was thinking thrips but they like the blue traps more so then the yellow and are longer with pointy ends. They could be springtails? If your plant is showing any signs of damage upload that as well and link it to your current diary if you have one. Cheers,
