Little White Bugs, might be aphids, 3 weeks into flower, how do I get rid of them or keep them under control at least until harvest?

Hello,
I found little white bugs on some leaves of my plants and under the leaves, I don’t know what they are, they are the size of a pinhead and are solid white and can fly.
Any help? Tips on getting rid of them?

Dish soap and water completely cover. I'd take them out of room or tent and spray. Maybe little neem oil again mixed with water and sprayed round pots and room they don't like smell avoiding getting on plant in flower.

I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.

Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
