Little White Bugs, might be aphids, 3 weeks into flower, how do I get rid of them or keep them under control at least until harvest?

Hello,
I found little white bugs on some leaves of my plants and under the leaves, I don’t know what they are, they are the size of a pinhead and are solid white and can fly.
Any help? Tips on getting rid of them?

Dish soap and water completely cover. I'd take them out of room or tent and spray. Maybe little neem oil again mixed with water and sprayed round pots and room they don't like smell avoiding getting on plant in flower.

translucent pest in soilHi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

BugsSo, I found these little boogers on my girl, only two so far. I think they might be the cause for some of nibbling damage. I removed the horribly damaged leaves, I might have introduced too much of the flowering nuits at once, causing burn possibly.

Help! Stem borer problem?Help! I just found a couple holes in my banana blaze stems with some small egg-like stuff coming out of them , it looks like my first grow (outdoor) and I think it was some sort of stem borer/moth . SilverfishI found a silverfish (is this the correct name?) in the soil of a plant; obviously I immediately threw it out and checked if there were others by moving the ground a little, but how do I make sure I make them disappear? or do you know if they can be harmful to the plant? 😭Week 1
