Over feeding and over watering. Your feeding strength is too strong, go with 0.3 EC (150 PPM) and focus on cal mag for now. As for watering amount, give them 200 cc every 4 to 5 days and let the seedling hunt for water, so it develops a healthy root system

Moist build up at bottom - overwateredI believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
Somehow the pot feels very heavy now and seems there is a build up at the bottom. I made some airpockets to the bottom.
