She looks like she might be overwatered... generally, I like to "feed" them water via high humidity by soaking a towel and putting it in a ring around the seedling. This gives them the humidity they need (this is how seedlings actually get their water until their root system develops sufficiently) plus it allows decent air flow and access to light. If this were my baby, I'd surround her with humidity and wait several days before giving her another drink. Good luck with all your grows!
