Too late to defoliate?

Is it too late in flowering to defoliate my plant? I have changed from a 600w bulb to a 660w led so getting a bigger foot print, started @ 25% for 2 days then will go 50% and repeat until 75% , plant might be too close to the top of the tent for 100%. Also changed air pump

21 days into flower I defoil after that just if I see a flower spot being blocked

@GingerSkunk no it is not too late to remove any leaves that are not getting adequate light or are
blocking the bud sites from getting a good air flow
I dont recommend defoliating just for the sake of it you need to have a goal as those leaves are the driving force
behind your plants Vigor
they act like solar panels in that they collect and store energy for the plant to use

Accidentally ripped off a fan leaf ='(Hi there,
Today I was screwing around with photo seeds in rapid rooters and I moved a sticky bug trap that landed on top of my 12 day old plant and ripped a fan leaf off..
I just wanted to check with others to see if this would cause a lot of stress or stunt the auto?

Plants showing multiple defiencies they got heat stressed too.I feel like I taught I was having a Cal mag issue with some of my plants up until last weekend. I set up two more lights in my tent thinking I could fatten the ladies up in there final few weeks but in my absence they spent the whole weekend in 30°C heat. Pictures on my pageWeek 7

I gave an N boost to both plants but the one I haven't being using LST on is presenting an issue on the leaves, they are turning dark green on the inside, wondering if it's the true healthy color or is a sign of excess N. There are more photos in the journal Thank youWeek 3

Brown spots due to light height?Brown spots on a few leaves close to the light that had yet to be super cropped to control height. Not noted on lower leaves. Temps/humidity OK, no changes in nutrients.
Thinking this could be from being too close to the lights, but would appreciate some expert feedback. Thanks!Week 8
