Should i get rid of these leaves or should i just leave them now? And if you recommend getting rid should I get rid of the whole leaves or just the one? And if the whole leaves where do I take it off from

Leaf Septoria?Can almost see the end in sight on my first grow, and I think I have a problem. Noticed a few lower leaves weeks back with spots, so I removed them and kept cleaning the bottom of the tent, but I think it’s spreading. Is this bad enough to worry about end result?

So, something has happened, thinking it's either a nute lock or cal-mag deficiency so thinking a flush and then no nute feed with cal-mag. Should I be worried? Is this at all save-able? I fed them with bites about 4days ago. Really don't know what to do

Minor discoloration on seedlings (nitrogen toxicity?)If anyone has advice on the middle plant, I'd hugely appreciate it. I added nutrients last Thursday (7 days ago) and I am pretty sure it was way too early. The middle plant has some discoloration on the leaves. Will avoid any more nutes until I transplant into 5 gallon smartpots.

Slimy oily film on leaf Noticed a pool of slimy oily film on the top fan leaf. Pic taken after I touched it and smudged it. Doesn’t have any smell and not sticky. Nothing dropped on it. After wiping it never came back. What could it be?

How many times could/should I defoliate these Cobras? The Last photo shows a before & after which took place on May 31st and since that time, she has regrown to the point prior to defoliating. Should I repeat another defoliation? Far too many branches are shaded, again!

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lamp I am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected. I am curious, is there too much light or sweet spot and it's good?
