I have found that I get about half the time without fertilizing that soil manufacturers claim. But, go by what your plant is telling you. Here is a good website with pictures that identifies most common problems you might have: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures This will help you determine what nutrients you might be missing. In your case I would apply a fertilizer containing a "growth"/veg blend of nutrients especially containing nitrogen. I use a veg fertilizer that has a 2:1:2 ratio of primary nutrients (and a bunch of micro nutrients as well).
ALWAYS pH your water!!!! It is a very important and simple step for plant health and maximizing yield. An incorrect pH can prevent your plant from taking up nutrients so it's pretty important.
A common nutrient problem to look out for in 2-4 more weeks is signs of calcium deficiency. I recommend every grower keep a bottle of Cal/Mag on hand just in case. As you enter flower most growers switch to a flower fertilizer that is lower in nitrogen. For the first 2-4 weeks of flower your plant still needs a reasonable amount of nitrogen so if you switch to a flower fertilizer keep an eye out for nitrogen deficiency.
I use a flower blend fertilizer that has a 1:2:2 ratio and has worked well.
