do you have the fc 4800 at 100%? That is too much for vege. Probably even at 36". don't feel bad. i did the same thing first run with it... and it's worse cause i know the math, lol. All i had to do is think about it for a second, which i will do for you.
Go to about 66% at maybe 24" and adjust from there. This is a light that can require CO2 in bloom over 12 hours per day, depending on area of intended coverage...
if you do that over 18 hours you can see the problem adds up 50 % more photons than the plant can handle per day. At 36", this is quite a bit less compared to 24" distance, but could be too much.
When you flip to bloom and up to 100%, you'll keep whatever safe distance you found before that results in proper stretch you want to see. 18 -> 12 hours will be in proportion
Side note -- are you allowing any dryback? looks like something funky is going on with leaves there.
Could be low P if not overwatering? but to guess this without knowing what you have feed is jumping to conclusions... refer to a leaf symptom chart.. consider recent irrigation a habits..
