you temps are fine.. RH is a bit higher. This will slow down transpiration, which in turn slows down drinking. Higher RH is actually preferable at early stages, but as the plant matures 80% is high. I'm assuming these are more than 1-2 weeks old.
Until a little plant gets some decent leaf surface area in total, it grows slowly. it speeds up 'exponentially' -- up to a point of course.
So.. it is slow at first and when it does pick up it picks up quickly and hits its stride.
like papa t said, there is limited infor.. can only give generalizations... don't gas it with fertilizer first 10-14 days.. the seed will power initial growth, but okay for a safe level to exist in the substrate. becareful of "hot soil" if soil grower. Use developing internode length to help set light distance from canopy (this impacts light intensity - dimmer is an option as well as distance). If new nodes never spread out, you should reduce light intensity... if the length between (an internode) is too long, you need to increase light intensity.
learn cause and effect... apply it... find a happy zone for your environement. Take some notes when you do... if similar set up in future, should be similar needs.
