Day 1 June 4 (1 out of 15 germinated). First Photoperiod (bag-seed from Ultra Sour....I think). June 4 - Broke peat-pellet surface. Re-potted into small pot of Gaia Green Organic Living Soil, will assess sex in a number of weeks. June 5 - 7.00AM Stem straightening, cotyledons unwrapping, slowly. Humidifier trained directly on seedling at 65% (though likely higher at seedling level. Sharing same tent as flowering Double Grape and will need to remove seedling once DG is chopped + drying as I'll prioritise the Harvest in tent. June 5 - 3.45PM Both cotyledons are unwrapped, one pointing upward, the other as normal. My humidifier is dripping into the pot which might cause issues as it's not PH'd. June 5 - 3.45PM Height at 2" June 5 - 4.20PM Moved outside. Temp 73F Humidity 76%. Ideally this will be an outdoor grow. There's no added worm castings, power bloom or all purpose yet, I really should ammend soil if staying outside will work. June 5 - 5.30PM Moved outside again. This is likely stressing the plant, but I think it might be worthwhile keeping it in more hours of sunlight as early as possible. June 5 - 8.35PM Moved inside again. Thunderstorm approaching, bent stem. June 6 - 07.20AM Moved outside, temp is 67F, high humidity with low sun coverage. June 6 - 10.30AM Misted plants - outside temp is 75F, with humidity dropping to 60%. I'll keep misting every 3 hours if the humidity continues to drop outside. There's another seedling trying to emerge from the soil. I wonder if I killed 3 viable (but slow seeds) yesterday when replacing with immmature, white-green seeds.

Day 1 (& Day 3) - June 6 Seed broke peat pellet surface last night, cotyledons are appearing now and I suspect them to unwrap soon. These are both outdoor. I'm misting multiple times a day as outside humidity is as low as 33F First pot (3 day old seedling) is in living soil with no added nutrients. The Second pot (youngest seedling) has a small amount of worm castings, power bloom and all purpose added to the living soil.. June 7 - 7.25AM Plants are inside tent as overnight temp was below 60F. I'll wait until outdoor temp is a bit warmer before putting them outside again today. June 7 - 9.00AM Added small heater outside to slightly raise temp. Will continue misting throughout the day. June 8 - 9.30AM Watered using turkey baster at perimeter of pot - maintaining misting as humidity drops. Colder weather at 67F. Hoping for a warmer day today. Likely a full turkey baster of water (Day 1) June 8 - 9.30AM Another seed almost germinated (seed shell still stuck). That'll push this grow to 3 plants if successful, putting my odds at having a female higher. June 8 - 9.30AM Added wire to help support the long stem in windy conditions. (Day 1) June 8 - 9.00PM Third seed germinated - Seed shell still stuck on head of cotyledons. Applied saliva, hoping to be unwrapped by the morning. June 9 - 9.30AM Temperature overnight likely 65F. June 9 - 3.00PM Misting throughout the day, will water another turkey baster worth of 6.3PH water. June 9 - 3.00PM Watered with 2 turkey basters each pot + 1 baster at bottom dish, to be absorbed from bottom. June 10 - 09.30AM Watered all plants to runoff at 6.3PH. Another seedling germinated, putting total to 4 plants. Cold evenings and cold days are making this a tricky outdoor grow so far. June 10 - 09.30AM I've listened to GD members wonderful advice on watering, they're now getting water to runoff in their small pots. Once they show sex, I'll 'up-pot' . Don't want to waste soil on males. June 10 - 10.45AM Removed runoff from drip tray to allow soil to dry faster in colder conditions. June 10 - 12.20PM Potted latest germinated seedling into moist soil. June 10 - 05.10PM Pried stuck seed membrane apart (sticking cotyledon leaves together). Cotelydons Immediately unwrapped. June 10 - 06.30PM All seedlings appear to be progressing. Largest seedling is bending significantly in the wind without the support, but I estimate current wind force will strengthen the stalk. June 10 - 07.45PM Brought inside as temps are 57F. They missed tonight's sun-set rays. June 10 - 08.15PM Put oldest 3 plants outside for the sun-set sun - I'll bring them inside the tent after sun-set. June 11 - 09.30PM Looks like discolouration on the seedling with cut membrane. Outside temps are 55F, so keeping in tent until it's warmer. Humidity is low in tent, as shared with flowering plant. (Day 1) June 11 - 03.30PM June 11 - 9.00PM Brought plants inside as temperatures dipped after sun-set. New seedling germinating outside. Added portable heater to help fascilitate healthy growth. June 12 - 10.30AM Potted another germinated seedling from peat pellet. Just Living soil with no added nutrients. Outdoor temperature at 70F. Misting periodically to increase humidity (currently without frost fleece). Watered one pot that was drying. June 12 - 04:20PM Noticing Red stem on one plant - likely due to germinating inside overnight (can't confirm) and perhaps the cold, though also concerned about overwatering. I'll monitor this over the next few days. June 12 - 06.15PM Wrapped towel around black plastic pot as temporary frost fleece. I want to protect black plastic from overheating in the sun consequently burning soil + roots. June 12 - 08.35PM Brought inside. Temps dropping and the sun set.

Day 7 June 13 June 13 - 09.30AM Went outside, temperature low 70's. Misting periodically to increase humidity. Pink Stemmed plant seems to have corrected itself, however will bend today during search for sunlight. June 13 - 11.40AM Topped up soil in a couple of pots - as peat pellet was showing. Temperature 70F in the shade. June 13 - 02.15PM Wrapped bright coloured towel around black pots for when direct sunlight reaches black plastic. City temperature 81F. Shade (Plant locatoin) temperature 71F. June 13 - 03.15PM Outside temperature 83F, Plant location 73F. Direct sunlight approaches. June 13 - 07.00PM Plant Location Temp at 80F June 14 - 09.30AM Put outside. Temps 74F. Another appears to have germinated. June 14 - 01.00PM Watering each to runoff. Oldest plant is bent over due to wind. Buried soil at stem. June 14 - 03.00PM Watered each 250ml (ran out of water). Likely not enough and water was hot - perhaps the roots will burn. June 15 - 10.30AM Left in tent for 20hrs, will keep in tent for the next day as I'll be out of town. 6th plant germinated, though was upside down in peat pellet (due to wind knocking it from tray last night). Unsure if it'll survive, but I up-potted with living soil regardless. I'll check in a day or two and re-use soil if it dies. June 15 - 10.30AM Oldest plant leaves are downward (perhaps overwatered). June 16 - 01.30PM Watered third oldest plant to runoff as top soil was drier than I'd like (as pictured). All other pots are in mosit soil. Oldest plants leaves have perked up again after watering. 3 finger leaves appearing. Latest germinated seedling is upright. Will bring outside tomorrow after 2 days in the tent. June 16 - 07.00PM Put outside - temperature is 80F. Likely too hot, but for only a few hours it should be okay. June 17 - 09.30AM Put outside - hot day forecast today (80F+), so will bring them in before they get too hot. Watered 3 plants with dry topsoil to runoff at 6.3PH. Leaves are drooping after water, and maybe from being outside. Temps are low 70F with okay humidity of 70% outside. All stems are no longer pink. June 17 - 06.00PM Moved to shade, temperature 87F. I'll move inside until it cools down. Moved inside at 6.15PM. June 18 - 05.00AM Put outside, temp 73F Humidity at 75% June 18 - 02.45PM I'll need to bring inside - Temperature is 79F. June 18 - 03.00PM Brought inside - Temperature was 81F. June 18 - 07.45PM Perking up nicely indoor. Relative Humidity is low at 60% June 19 - 08.00AM Unfortunately delayed moving outside a couple of hours. Temperature is 76F with Humidity at 65% June 19 - 11.30AM Brought back inside - temperature 81F outside. June 19 - 03.30PM One pot had dry surface but only top millimeter. Perhaps this small layer of dry soil is due to small potsize. Just speculation. June 19 - 08.15PM Oldest plants are Perking up nicely in tent. June 20 - 03.45PM Put inside, Temperature at 80F. Noticing gnats, so cut up sticky strips for more coverage over moist soil. 2 plants are close to needing water Either late this evening or first thing in the morning.

Day 16 - June 20 (Using PLANT B to determine when to update diary - will align diary age to PLANT A age next week). Plant Age Breakdown: PLANT A - Germinated 4 June (Starting Week 4 on 25 June) PLANT B - Germinated 6 June (Starting Week 3 today) PLANT C - Germinated 8 June (Starting Week 3 on 22 June) PLANT D - Germinated 10 June (Starting Week 3 on 24 June) PLANT E - Germinated 11 June (Starting Week 3 on 25 June) PLANT F - Germinated 14 June (Starting Week 3 on 28 June) June 20 - 04.00PM Sticky trap went across a few pots which bent stems. They've also been searching for sunlight on shaded balcony, but will straighten in tent overnight. 5-Finger leaves beginning to grow. June 20 - 06.30PM Went outside again as Temperature dropped to 77.5F with high humidity. Checked soil and 2 pots are practically dry, will water now. June 20 - 07.00PM Brought inside due to thunderstorm winds and dropping temperature. June 20 - 07.50PM I suspect PLANT A is male after inspecting nodes and finding something I can't confirm is a calyx. I should know in the next few days though! June 21 - 08.45AM Put outside - Temperature 72F. Humidity in the 80s. June 21 - 04.10PM Outside temperature is 76F, Humidity is 65% June 21 - 05.50PM Direct sunlight for an hour or so. Temp is 76F, but reads 80F in direct sun. Towels around black plastic pots to avoid heat stress to roots. June 22 - 09.50AM Put outside - Temp is 70F, Humidity is 75% June 22 - 07.30PM Watered 2 younger plants 250ml as soil was dry up to fingernail. In future I'll try not to let them get that dry before watering. June 22 - 07.30PM Noticing some roots at the bottom of a couple pots - I'll need to think on transplanting but want to sex before then. June 22 - 08.15PM Put inside, Temperature 67F. I suspect the cold is what made the leaves droop. June 23 - 06.00AM Put outside, 70F. Humidity 80% June 23 - 04.00PM Wind has broken main stem in a few plants- I topped up with potting soil to reinforce - will need to water the 3 older plants tomorrow, new potting soil will make dry testing difficult. June 23 - 06.15PM Brought all plants inside -they all were stressed with gale force wind - One is dead. June 24 - 09.45AM Plant B seems dead. Put the rest outside. June 24 - 06.00PM Put in direct sunlight, temperature is 82F. Likely too hot and windy, they need to get used to outdoor weather soon as they'll be spending their life outside soon. June 25 - 09.30AM Droopy leaves Perked up overnight, put outside. June 25 - 10.30AM Watered 3 youngest plants 200ml at 6.3PH to runoff. Will monitor the droppy leaves on youngest as the day progresses. June 26 - 08.45AM First night outside, one is droopy after watering (perhaps humidity + wind burn issue) June 26 - 11.40AM Youngest plant is drooping, perhaps too much water, not enough humidity and wind burn. All other plants seem okay with living outside 24/7. Leaves appearing at nodes, no pistils yet so presume the oldest 2 plants will be male. June 26 - 01.20PM Found droopy plant is due to broken stem. I suspect this will also die just as it's younger counterpart. June 26 - 03.00PM Watered two oldest plants to runoff at 6.3PH. New soil is more like clay and takes time for water to penetrate. Hoping to see them perk up tomorrow. Also considering reusing the soil from the two dead plants. June 27 - 12.45PM Temperature has not exceeded 68F. It's a cold day for the girls. Leaf taco-ing has stopped, but now they droop, perhaps to shield themselves from the cold air. Still no sign of sex. June 27 - 01.45PM All plants are a bit droopy - perhaps it's the soil not having enough aeration/drainage, perhaps it's because it's cloudy and cold. June 27 - 01.45PM I'll poke some holes in the soil to aid in getting some oxygen to lower soil. June 27 - 01.45PM Broken stem plant seems to be hanging on as it hasn't declined in health in the same fashion its sibling experienced - though stem is still wobbly. June 27 - 06.00PM Put two oldest plants in direct sunlight. Also higher wind force. June 27 - 06.40AM Less drooping after keeping inside all night at 60F. June 28 - 02.20PM Outside temperature 70F. Watered each plant to runoff at 6.3PH before going on vacation. Overwatered, but they'll have enough moisture to last the weekend outside. July 1 - 09.00PM Sex not easily identified after vacation - broken stem plant is having some deficiencies. Don't see a lot of new growth but will monitor and cross check with pics from before i left. Soil is moist.

Day 28 - July 2 July 2 - 08.00AM Still difficult to determine sex. Soil was moist last night - likely had rain while on vacation. Plants are perky and growing excluding plant with broken stem. July 2 - 03.30PM Killed bent stem plant as it began to show significant decay. Other plants are bending to the sun, I've rotated and soil is moist. Will water tomorrow as pot weight seems to be light. July 2 - 08.30PM Plants look droopy, could be the end of the day - but I think they need water. Will water tonight or at latest tomorrow morning. July 2 - 09.00PM Watered each plant approximately 250ml. Droopy leaves. Perhaps overwatered. July 3 - 10.00PM Transplanted oldest plant. Hole was dug for transplant in new pot, though not wide enough for base of rootball. Plant came out of old pot very easily. Beautiful white roots running perimeter of pot. Transplanted plant too high, and used dry soil to fill gaps (which was then watered lightly). July 4 - 06.45AM Transplanted plant is happy this morning! July 4 - 12.15PM Watered oldest, transplanted plant roughly 650ml to runoff at 6.3PH Hot day today 81F outside. July 4 - 01.00PM Will transplant the other plants this evening, all show signs of root bounding to varying degrees. Smell of 'weed' is apparent, but subtle. July 4 - 11.20PM Transplanted second oldest plant. Will wash the next two used 3 Gallon fabric pots tomorrow in order to transplant remaining plants in the evening. July 4 - 11.20PM Roots weren't as bound - though still evident. This transplant was much smoother with a larger hole dug in new 3G pot. July 5 - 07.00AM Transplant was successful, plat seems happy in new pot. July 5 - 11.30PM Transplanted third plant. Root bound, slid out of 1L pot well, though was dry and perhaps rootball was disturbed when placed into dug out hole. July 5 - 11.30PM Watered 1L plant, Second transplanted (i.e. 2nd oldest/largest) and ensured third transplant had moist soil. July 5 - 11.30PM I need to water transplanted plant tomorrow to ensure root-ball is settled. Then water oldest plant on 7th July. WATER SCHEDULE AS OF 7/5 PLANT A (LARGEST) -WATER ON 7TH JULY PLANT B (SECOND LARGEST)-WATER ON 8TH JULY PLANT C (LAST TRANSPLANTED & SMALLEST PLANT)- WATER ON 6TH JULY PLANT D (LAST TO BE TRANSPLANTED) -WATER ON 8TH JULY July 6 - 09.40AM Transplanted plants seem settled - will prepare soil for tonights last transplant. July 6 - 02.30PM Watered largest plant - soil was very dry, stems were starting to droop. Watered to runoff at 6.3PH, approximately 900ml. July 6 - 04.45PM Noticing some plants are pale after a GD member observed. I assume due to depleted nutrients from seedling pot. Hopefully the nutrients I added are enough. July 6 - 04.45PM Testing 2 oldest plants in direct sunlight, though need a light shield for the black fabric pot to avoidexcess heat to roots. Wind may be an issue. July 6 - 10.25PM Transplanted last plant. Rootball was loosest of all so far. July 7 - 05.25AM Oldest is perky, all plants seem okay. July 7 - 05.25PM Plants seem okay, though soil is starting to dry for one or two. I'll assess later this evening and water accordingly. Also added Tarp to protect black fabric from attracting sun-heat. July 8 - 11.30AM Watered 2 tallest plants. July 8 - 06.00PM Youngest plant is perky! Looks very happy in new pot. Other plants are drooping likely due to the 84F temperature. July 8 - 08.10PM Taco leaves on largest 2 plants likely due to hot temperatures outside.

Day 35 July 9 July 9 - 07.45AM Will water two smallest plants today - soil is drying up substantially. Will water before midday. Hoping to identify sex by end of this week or early next. July 9 - 07.45AM Grown approximately 4 inches in a week. July 9 - 08.30AM Watered two youngest plants approximately 1.25L. Plants are drinking much more now. July 9 - 07.15PM Sex is beginning to be visible. July 10 - 01.30PM Watered 2 largest plants - then the rain started. July 10 - 07.30PM Sex is becoming more apparent, no pistils yet, until I see pistils, I'll assume it's male. July 11 - 05.30PM No stem found on any of the immature pre-flowers. Moved into direct sunlight temporarily for a few hours. Temperature 80F, though likely higher in direct light. July 12 - 05.30AM Plants perky this morning, still no pistils. July 12 - 08.45AM Checked again for pistils with microscope. Pre-flowers definitely developing. Should know in the next day or two if what I suspect is a pistil/stigma comes through. July 12 - 07.00PM Heavy rain while I was away, unsure if all pots got soaked to runoff or not, will assess weight of pots. July 13 - 01.15PM Beautiful white roots showing through top of soil surface. I've added potting mix to cover so they're not being air-pruned (unless its' already too late). July 13 - 01.15PM I will transplant to 7 gallon tomorrow, pre-flowers are looking promising with what I expect is a pistil forming. I'll need more soil. I'll also need to water plants tomorrow if there's no rain. July 13 - 04.45PM A few plants are perking up. In direct sunlight at 81F - likely 5-10F hotter in direct exposure. Perhaps the balcony glass will reduce a small amount of UV. July 13 - 04.45PM Second largest plant has nice pre-flowers developing, perhaps at a faster rate than the oldest/tallest plant. July 14 - 11.30AM Watering each plant. Not sure about transplanting so soon after watering, perhaps it'll need another day before the transplant. 1.8L, 1.5L, 1.2L and 1.5L watered to runoff at 6.3PH. July 14 - 03.10PM Repurposing soil for transplant this evening. July 14 - 07.10PM Each plant perking up nicely. July 15 - 04.30PM Rain started - Fabric Pots might be wicking rainfall. July 15 - 07.30PM Direct sunlight, perking up. Sterilized old soil, almost ready for the transplant. Will try 1.5 tbsp of each amendment for this 7G pot. July 15 - 09.30PM Transplanted into 7G pot. It's not centred and not sure the rootball was completely unaltered. Watered lightly. Will need a proper watering soon.

Day 42 - July 16 July 16 - Started LST on oldest plant. Transplanted plant seems happy in new pot after heavy rain this morning. Second largest plant is showing early pre-flowers and is perky. I'll need to transplant this within the next week. July 17 - 08.00PM Adjusted LST at lower canopy and DEFOLIATED 6 leaves. 2 were wilted single finger leaves, 2 large were touching soil, 2 small were touching soil. July 17 - 08.00PM Noticed many exposed roots on my second largest plant, I will transplant tonight. July 17 - 11.30PM Transplanted second plant. Many white roots exposed at surface and edges of pot. July 18 - 09.00AM Wind took off LST ties overnight, have reattached. 2 Smaller pots don't need water, though the larger 2 might. July 18 - 12.55PM All plant soil is moist, though Oldest 2 plants will need water either tonight or tomorrow. July 18 - 07.00PM Watered all plants to runoff. Largest pot was very light. Likely underwatered - perhaps the previous days rain didn't saturate the medium as I thought. July 18 - 07.00PM Large plants = ~5L unchlorinated water, Smaller Plants = 3L unchlorinated water (approximate) July 19 - 08.15AM Perking up, after cold night at 58F July 19 - 04.45PM DAY 45 (eldest) - All 4 plants show pistils from pre-flowers. Surprisingly youngest plants are showing most noticable signs. July 19 - 04.45PM I'll need to transplant the remainder tomorrow. I need approximately 8-9 gallons of soil for remaining transplants. July 19 - 04.45PM I estimate plants are getting 5-6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Interested if buds will be airy for this reason. July 19 - 04.45PM Adjusted LST so lower branches are closer in height to middle branchs. July 19 - 06.30PM Loosened one or two LST ties, as I think they need a bit more growth. Upper canopy of all plants is perking up. Rotating plants as I see them bend. July 20 - 05.30PM Forgot to insulate black pots at hottest point of the day at 79F. Soil temp likely went up to 85F, but no major signs of heat stress like curled leaves, some minor taco-ing. July 21 - 05.55AM Plants are perky this morning July 21 - 11.55AM Adjusted LST ties on upper branches July 21 - 11.30PM Third transplant - went terribly. Unsheathed 3/4 fabric pot. Roots were severed as part of the soil stayed with the fabric pot. The main stalk seems quite loose too - so won't be surprised if it dies. July 22 - 08.45AM Transplant seems surprisingly happy. Perky and photosynthesising. Will transplant final plant tomorrow. Should also check soil moisture today. July 22 - 04.00PM Adjusted LST ties. Largest plant soil is becoming dry, will water tonight or tomorrow morning. Other pots seem fine. July 22 - 04.30PM 80F.

What pest is this? Should I be concerned? Outdoor, photoperiod grow in soil. Temps around 80F (recently used chlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.3 out of necessity). Outdoor spiders live nearby plants - which I hope are killing all the nasty stuff, but perhaps not enough.

the amount of chlorine in tap water is never a concern. you don't have to let it sit out 24h either. that is probably adding to risk of a problem more than solving anything. Cl is a trace element used by the plant. it needs a small amount anyway. Does not look like pest-related. If that showed up the day you brought it into the sun, light damage is definitely possible. Potassium often starts damaging the serated tips before anything else, but i'd wait to see progression before reacting with more K. Also, since that's mobile, it'd be odd that it started up near the top, but exactly where light damage would start. i'd see how it progresses. Plant has a good green to it. It's not overfed or underfed that i can tell. some minor tip burn. Might be 1 element in soil that's a bit hot but not too bad.

Day 49 - July 23 July 23 - 06.25AM Plants seem happy - largest plant needs water. July 23 - 09.15AM Watering oldest plant before it gets too hot. Will transplant last plant tonight. July 23 - 10.00AM Watered oldest plant, will likely need to water the rest of the plants this evening. July 23 - 03.00PM 81F. Plants responding well to LST, each budsite has re-oriented. July 23 - 06.10PM All plants are perky and praying to varying degrees in direct sun-light. July 24 - 01.30AM Transplanted final plant - a drier plant was much easier to remove from fabric pot, but settling in new pot with surrounding soil caused cracks to appear through the soil. July 24 - 01.30AM Watered 3L-4L in new pot to ensure moisture in new soil. Transplanted plant is on a slight angle. July 24 - 01.30AM Angled plant will be easier to manipulate LST on main stem once roots establish and transplant shock subsides. July 24 - 01.30AM Need to water 2 remaining plants in the morning. July 24 - 06.10AM Transplanted plant seems happy. Need to water the second and third eldest today. July 24 - 11.30AM Adjusted LST on both plants, focusing on higher shoots. 2 remaining plants still have moisture in soil. 77F and light rain is forecast. July 24 - 06.00PM Winds knocked a tie off, moved into direct sunlight later than usual to ensure morning rain drops had evaporated from surface of the leaves. July 24 - 06.00PM Noticed some yellowing of lowest leaves in youngest plants - likely deficiencies from when it was in 3 gallon pot. Will monitor. July 24 - 07.45PM High wind, moved plants into a corner, shaded. Only 1.5 hours of daylight left. July 25 - 11.30PM Watered 2nd oldest plant, pot was light. Next to water is second youngest, though pot is still heavier than I'd like. 4-5L of 6.3PH water. High winds, 75F. July 25 - 12.30PM Accidentally defoliated oldest yellowing leaves (2 leaves removed from 2 plants) as hands brushed past during watering. July 25 - 06.20PM High winds consistent for a few hours. 73F. July 26 - 08.00AM Watered second-youngest plant to runoff at 6.3PH. Adjusted one or two LST ties. July 26 - 01.45PM Adjusted LST ties, pushing shoots away from fan leaves. July 27 - 07.25AM Pots still heavy and soil is moist about a cm deep. Perhaps I'll water in the afternoon. July 27 - 02.00PM Watered oldest plant July 27 - 06.45PM Oldest plant is super happy, very perky and praying. July 28 - 11.00AM Watered youngest plant ~4L to runoff at 6.3PH. July 28 - 06.30PM All plants are perky. July 29 - 06.30PM Forgot to insulate the pots while away - some tacoing leaves, no curling leaf-tips or other glaring signs of heat stress. July 29 - 06.30PM Adjusted new shoots with LST. After checking, this will be the fourth day since watering - so very likely is underwatered. Leaves did feel lighter. July 29 - 08.30PM Second oldest plant is drying out. Watered Second Oldest Plant to runoff, approx. 4-5L.

Day 56 - July 30 July 30 - 07.15PM Humid day, insulated black pots around 5PM. Plants have grown substantially, I suspect I'll need to water 2 plants tomorrow. Approximate height 100cm. July 31 - 11.00AM Oldest plant soil is drying out, second youngest pot is lighter, but soil still moist. Plants are taking 3-4 days to dry out. May need to reduce water amount. July 31 - 02.45PM Watered oldest plant ~4.5L. Likely too much water as runoff started about 4.2L in I suspect. July 31 - 02.45PM Temp is 84F-88F August 1 - 06.45AM Plants are perky, will need to water the second youngest today. August 1 - 02.45PM Watering second youngest plant. Youngest plant should be watered tomorrow or this evening. August 1 - 03.45PM Watered youngest plant. Defoliated 2 pale yellow leaves. Ammended top soil with a sprinkle of Worm Castings and lightly cultivated soil to mix to fix suspected Nitrogen deficiency. August 2 - 06.00AM Plants are perky - humid morning 92%, 75F. August 3 - 11.00AM Watered oldest and second oldest pant to runoff at 6.3PH. Removed wilted leaf. August 3 - 01.45PM Started LST on two youngest plants, affecting main stalk unlike the older two, with only auxillary branches being affected by LST. August 5 - 01.25PM Watered youngest plant 2-3L to runoff. Adjusted LST ties.

Day 63 - August 6 August 6 - 01.30PM Ammended soil of 2 oldest plants with the same ratio. In hindsight, perhaps I should've increased slightly. August 6 - 02.15PM Adjusted LST ties. August 6 - 04.45PM Watered 3 plants to runoff at 6.3PH (excluding youngest). August 6 - 05.55PM Started training auxillary branches for youngest plants. Repurposing excess wire from older plants. August 6 - 05.55PM Colder day today, overcast with no direct sunlight thus far. August 6 - 07.35PM Sun-set peeking out from clouds. August 7 - 07.20PM Plants are happy, perky and enjoying direct sun at 77F. One leaf wilted off the youngest plant, yellow and pale. August 8 - 01.30PM Watered youngest plant heavily to runoff - will topdress on Sunday 11th and Wednesday 14th August.. August 8 - 02.00PM Adjusted LST,noticed minor Nitrogen toxiciity for second oldest plant - makes sense as I lost track of how many scoops of Worm Castings I used mid ammendment. August 8 - 06.45PM Adjusted LST - bent main stalk on second oldest plant. Will supercrop, and top the tallest plant shortly August 9 - 12.45PM Noticing mold on soil, likely due to high humidity, and rainfall. Will check to see if an issue, or normal part of biodiverse enviroment. Removed 2 yellow, pale wilted leaves August 10 - 04.20PM Watered 3 oldest plants to runoff. August 10 - 07.45PM Bent final plants main stalk at 47inches tall. Sad to stop the vertical growth but it's necessary with space and high winds. August 11 - 04.00PM Ammended and watered youngest plant to runoff - need to ammend second youngest next watering. Removed a few Wilted leaves. August 12 - 02.30PM Beautifully sweet weed smell on stalks. August 12 - 03.30PM WindBurnt stressed leaves, noticed some black stuff on the tops of some new growth on one auxillary branch

After rainfall, I notice mold on top layer of soil. Approximately 70 days from seed. Photoperiod, outdoor grow in 7G fabric pots. I know powdery mildew and botrytis is a death sentence for plants in flower, but with these girls in veg - is it okay? What should I do?

molds in soil are normal, mix it into the top layer. maybe apply a mulch later like straw to help prevent it from spreading to much, and don't over water. also if you use amendmends they will mold on surface layer if not mixed in well.

Day 70 - August 13 August 13 - 11.45PM Amended soil of second smallest plant (second oldest). I had doubt about which plant to ammend from the two smaller plants, so we'll see if I was correct in a couple weeks. August 13 - 11.45PM Watered 3 plants (two eldest and freshly ammended second-youngest plant). August 13 - 11.45PM Noticing far more evidence of wind damage from the other day. Perhaps I'll look into a wind shield. August 13 - 11.45PM Adjusted LST ties, Candy-Cane shape to main stalks. August 13 - 05.45PM Starting to perk up. Stressed from wind the other day and maybe needed time to recover. August 14 - 04.30PM Plants are perky, each budsite praying for oldest wo plants. New budsites popping up at auxillary nodes. Some yellowing of one or two lower leaves on second-oldest plant. August 15 - 08.30AM Perky, all pots have moist soil. August 15 - 06.00PM A couple of yellow leaves at bottom - perhaps due to wind burn, or remnants of deficiency and are pre-ammendment symptoms. August 16 - 11.30AM Removed 4 wilted leaves, heavy watering youngest plant to runoff (~5L). Will water remaining 3 plants tomorrow. Adjusted LST. August 16 - 12.45PM Two eldest plants main stalk is now travelling downward and resembles a candy cane. This helps height, not sure if the plant needs to work extra hard to fight against gravity. August 16 - 09.30PM Light drizzle sprayed the sides of the plants and plantpots over an hour or so. August 17 - 11.45PM Watered 3 Plants to first sign of runoff. August 17 - 11.45PM Broke main stem of largest plant - tied with duct tape, though might not be closed as is still being pulled to direction. August 17 - 12.45PM Re-wrapped broken stem with two cardboard splints on either side of the break. Then reinforced with another peice of tape. August 17 - 01.05PM Re-inforced broken stem splint with hemp wire. August 18 - 12.00PM Adjusted LST ties, branches are beginning to go in on themselves, need to ensure they're searching outward for light. August 18 - 12.00PM Yesterdays break looks as bad as it was yesterday (not any worse) - will assess in another 24 hours. August 18 - 12.00PM Accidentally removed a new leaf when LST bending. August 18 - 03.00PM FLOWERING BEGINS - All four plants have now entered Flowering with long pistils appearing. August 18 - 06.50PM Thunderstorms yesterday and today, a bit of sunshine in the afternoon. Will assess broken stem tomorrow. August 18 - 09.50PM Severe wind. This might make healing main stem harder. August 19 - 10.45AM Severe wind overnight and through the day - knocked off multiple LST ties. Lets see the damage in a few days. August 19 - 11.45AM MAJOR BRANCH BREAKS - Each plant was smashed by the wind guard - Breaking multiple main stems and branches. Tried to tape back together but I'm feeling defeated. August 19 - 11.45AM High Stress might cause all plants to hermaphrodite. August 19 - 05.15PM Windy all day Not good for fresh breaks.

Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

Day 77 - August 20 August 20 - 11.00AM Terrible start to Flowering period. Consistent High Winds + Broken Branches. Live and learn! August 20 - 11.00AM Some branches are looking dead and withered, wind has persisted throughout the past 24 hours. August 20 - 11.00AM Breakage of branches may produce seeds - if so, I'll just convert to bubble hash. Perhaps there's a means to make oil too. August 20 - 11.00AM BHO is not going to be considered for safety reasons. Should think on watering soon too, as soil is drying -though still moist. Will water tomorrow. August 21 - 01.15PM Watered all 4 plants to runoff. Some branches aren't recovering. May need to chop them soon. August 21 - 03.00PM Constant high winds. August 21 - 05.10AM Checked breakages, there's some splitting occurring that I'mi hopeful is needed for repairs, though seeing the yellow interior is concerning. August 23 - 06.00PM Surprisingly dry, will water this evening. Budsites are perking up. August 22 - 02.10PM Branches are really stiffening up. Not so pliable for LST. Replaced some LST ties now the weather has calmed. August 23 - 12.00PM Plants are perking up after all the wind stress and broken branches. Will water tomorrow. Perhaps I'll do some defoliation on the wilted leaves soon. August 23 - 12.00PM NOTE: Ammend two oldest plants in 4 days - perhaps with slightly higher Nitrogen. August 24 - 11.50PM Watered all 4 plants to runoff. August 24 - 02.45PM Notice yellowing, pale 3 finger leaves at bottom of plant, will ammend next watering. Perhaps I should've ammended today. August 24 - 03.45PM Noticed White patches of dust (I assume Powdery Mildew) on parts of stem and one auxillary branch. Humidity is fine though, 51% and 78F. Wiped off with moisture. August 24 - 03.45PM Started LST on new branches on larger plant. I'll need to take off the tape in a week or so. I've found it's started to unwrap itself, perhaps due to building knuckle. August 25 - 10.30AM Defoliated wilted branches and yellowed 3 finger leaves. Also cleaned balcony as I'm noticing second-youngest plant developing PM. 69% humidity, 75F. August 25 - 04.20PM Folded edges of fabric pots down to promote more airflow to lower canopy. Found PM on second-youngest plant and rubbed off with water. Will need to maintain this every day. August 25 - 04.20PM Added fan to aid in lower canopy airflow. Stretch has certainly begun. August 26 - 10.00AM PM seems to have ceased. August 26 - 02.05PM Tape is unbinding itself, perhaps due to knuckles developing. I have left them alone instead of tightening, and will remove in a week. More pistils developing. Adjusted LST. August 26 - 05.05PM Noticing minor PM on oldest plant, will maintain. Also some deficiencies, definitely going to increase amount of amendment when watering tomorrow.

Day 84 - August 27 August 27 - 11.30AM Watered all plants to runoff at 6.3PH. Removed minor signs of PM. August 27 - 13.00PM Windy afternoon after a couple days of low air circulation outside. August 27 - 06.00PM Ammended soil of two oldest plants with higher ratio. August 27 - 06.00PM Tape is unwrapping as knuckles grow in thickness around wounds. August 27 - 06.00PM Noticing some stretch-wounds on some auxilary branches, I'll need to ease on the LST and support with bamboo when buds pack on weight. August 28 - 01.20PM Noticing deficiencies (pale lower leaves - Nitrogen?) in youngest plants - will ammend tomorrow or day after. Less signs of PM today. August 28 - 01.25PM Plants are very bushy, budsites are being shaded by some fan leaves, there are too many sites to count so managing this is difficult. August 28 - 02.25PM Temp 70F and RH 81% August 29 - 10.30AM Minor signs of PM after very humid day yesterday. Added another fan to balcony blowing up at lower canopy (directly aimed at perimeter leaves but from a distance). August 29 - 10.30AM Bud-sites continue to develop August 30 - 01.00PM Amended and watered two youngest plants. Should water two older plants this evening. August 31 - 12.05PM Back was too sore to water older plants, evening rainfall hitting leaves - likely PM tomorrow morning to remove. August 31 - 08.45AM Watered two older plants. August 31 - 18.25PM Flower-stetch is well under way - need more ties. Pistils are emerging and buds are beginning to become recognisable as such with more volume. September 01 - 05.30PM Very windy today. Good for keeping mildew at bay. September 01 - 06.00PM Got frustrated with the plants, took out some anger and defoliated a large number of leaves trailing the soil. September 02 - 11.30AM Poor weather, 62F. Annoyed with PM, ripped leaves off in frustration instead of 'cleaning' the foliage and keeping in tact. Winds are constant, LST ties forced free. September 02 - 01.00PM Underwatered and hydrophic soil. Watered all plants 5L. Runoff after 2L. Watered too fast. I'm expecting them to need watering in 2 days or less. September 02 - 01.30PM Removed tape on oldest plants major stem breakage. September 02 - 09.20PM Very cold overnight temps ahead - 53-55F. Will be interested to see if they survive. Trichomes are developing.

Day 91 - September 03 September 03 - 12.30PM Re-attached LST ties. Very little PM surprisingly. Very cold evening temperature - dropped to 52F. Plants are perking up this morning. September 03 - 12.30PM Rotated pots. Will avoid defoliating unless necrotic. September 03 - 06.30PM Realised I hadn't been using one of the fans at full power! September 04 - 11.50AM Adjusted LST ties, might water them today as the top soil is becoming hard. September 04 - 06.00PM Watered 2 oldest plants to runoff. Much slower watering and managed to utilise close to 5.5L each. More tie adjustments September 04 - 06.30PM Added another fan to help avoid PM. September 05 - 12.30PM Watered 2 youngest plants. September 05 - 03.40PM Rotated plants. Buds are swelling. A few underdeveloped colas might be worth removing, but don't want to increase stress. Tape has almost been completely removed. September 05 - 06.20PM Adjusted LST on upper canopy for youngest plant. Other plants will need similar treatment. September 06 - 07.15PM Stretch continues, will need to continue LST new shoots. September 06 - 03.45PM HEAVY defoliation, removed most 3 finger leaves at lower canopy for 2nd youngest plant. Pruned under-developed shoot/branch + yellowed leaves for airflow and PM reduction. September 06 - 03.45PM Humid day, leaves surrounding budsites are praying, need more airflow. September 07 - 12.35PM Watered two oldest plants. Younger plants look dry. Nice airflow today with high winds. Windy and cold 59F. Tonight's temp will drop to 49F. LST ties flung off in wind. September 07 - 04.30PM Windy with some light rain. Will need to wipe the leaves before the sun pokes out. September 07 - 06.45PM Temp at 57F - Cold. Overnight temp at 46F September 08 - 05.00PM No water for any plant - likely underwatering the youngest plants, but soil still seems cold/moist. September 08 - 09.00PM Added another fan. September 09 - 12.00PM Watered all plants. September 09 - 02.30PM Rainfall hit leaves. September 09 - 03.30PM Plant leaves are beginning to pray. September 09 - 03.45PM Some Pistils are starting to orange + a very small amount have blackened tips.

Day 98 - September 10 September 10 - 01.40PM Plants survived the colder weather last week. This week may not be much better, though today is 70F. September 11 - 01.20PM Older plants are already dry. Need to water today. At very latest tomorrow. September 11 - 04.20PM Watered 2 older plants, oldest didn't runoff - due to how quickly I watered. Will likely need to water again tomorrow or day after. September 11 - 06.00PM Will ammend soil in 6 days. Will increase ratio again. September 12 - 12.00PM Watered 2 younger plants. Drinking slightly less, could have watered too fast again. Might need a round of defoliation for some necrotic leaf edges and to keep PM at bay. September 12 - 06.10PM Leaves are praying very nicely. Assessing PM as it's still slightly there - I think another defoliation is required but I'm hesitant to lose photsynthesis power. September 13 - 01.40PM Might defoliate today. September 13 - 01.40PM Beautiful sweet, sour smell when touching sugar leaves. September 13 - 02.00PM Heavy defoliation including small aux. shoot. Frustrated by PM, despite having great airflow. September 13 - 06.00PM Nice weather today, 74F with overnight of 62F. September 14 - 02.00PM Watered 2 older plants. September 14 - 03.20PM Younger plants seem dry at top soil, but moist 0.5cm down. Trying to maintain good aiflow between all plants, PM persists. September 15 - 12.20PM Watered 2 younger plants. September 15 - 03.15PM Leaves are perking up nicely - Nitrogen toxicity with sugar leaves curling downward on youngest plant. September 16 - 02.50PM Maintaining PM. Large fan leaves are attracting more PM. Rotated all plants. September 16 - 07.00PM One or two small pale yellow, nutrient depleted leaves are naturally falling off. I suspect there's only 5 weeks max left in season. Buds have a lot of developing to do in the time left. September 17 - 02.00PM PM is apparent now on older plants at higher degree. Watered 2 older plants approximately 7 litres. More nutrient depleted leaves have fallen.

Day 105 - September 17 September 17 - 06.10PM PM is getting out of hand. Watered 2 Older, thirsty plants approximately 7L to runoff at 6.3PH. Hoping to harvest in 4-5 weeks. September 18 - 11.30AM Watered 2 younger plants to runoff. Yellowed leaves are falling off at lower canopy. September 18 - 06.30PM PM is a serious issue at this stage. September 18 - 10.40PM Overdue for feeding 2 older plants. Will feed tomorrow. September 19 - 01.00PM Watered and fed 2 oldest plants 6.3PH to runoff. Yellowed leaves were cleared from lower canopy. September 19 - 05.30PM Smallest plant has most PM. Starting to affect sugar leaves. Moved it further away from the others, which might affect fans airflow. September 22 - 01.10PM Watered youngest plants - they're cooked. September 20 - 03.30PM About to chop the heavily affected PM plant. September 21 - 02.30PM Defoliated PM leaves to skeleton of tree. Will kill. September 23 - 08.00PM Watered 2 older plants - Will kill.

I'm about to destroy this plant. Each branch has heavy PM despite having ample airflow. I suspect due to the lack of direct sunshine, but I'm sure it's spread to other plants which will also be destroyed. Is there anything I can do to salvage? What would you do? Thanks!

Ther is no amazon product or diy product that will save your plant. All you will do is lie to yourself and smoke moldy weed. Fungus penetrates the leaf and creates a mycelium network below the surface. Cleaning the surface does not rid the plant of the infection, even if it looks clean for a day after you spray it. cornell formula? nope. neem? nope. Milk? no fucking way, lol, just asking for a terrible rotting smell all over your plants and flower. h202? nope. sodium bicarbonate? nope. potassium bicarbonate? nope. you will find all sorts of people claiming these nonsense remedies work. they do not. Nothing out there is effective nor safe for flowers. Also, spraying this ineffective trash on your plant will only spread the WPM all over -- on to stems and underneath buds.. drip down to more leaves... because none of these sprays actually work. I'd be wary of anything that says it is effective and can be sprayed on flowers. things that are safe for vegetables ar not necessarily safe for your lungs. eating and smoking something are slightly different dynamics. you digestive system is techinically outside your body (yeah, soundsn weird but lined with epithilial cells, or 'skin'). Lungs are a permeable membrane away from your your blood. "organic' absolutely does not mean a product is safe to use on flower. If it is riddled with it, either isolate it, send it outside to finish, or kill it. iif it's just a few leaves, try removing the leaves. By the time you can see a colony, it's already propagating spores and spreading. It latches on, it grows for 3-5 days, then it starts producing spores. You can't reliably see the initial infection with the naked eye. Good news -- if this is indoors it'l 99.99% self-inflicted. Either you are getting condensation at a consistent point in your daily cycle, or you are needlessly foliar spraying the plant and consistently have water all over your leaves. Don't do that. RH% can spike after lights out due to temperature drop. This is the most likely time it is happening and you won't notice without a probe to measure RH and you can check it without interrupting dark cycle -- a wireless one that connects to your phone is very useful. I speak from experience. I tried all that stupid shit up at the top and none of it works. Just makes it worse. I was trying to grow too large of a canopy relative to me dehumidifier's ability to keep the humidity in check. I didn't fix the problem until i cut my canopy size down. this allowed my dehum to keep up and also reduced my 'daytime' temps so the drop after lights off was less severe. Check a dewpoint table. if you are 30-32C during the day and 55-60% RH or even high if you shoot for a more proper VPD, you'll hit the dewpoint above 21-22C or thereabouts.. above 70F, which is easy to hit after lights out. Now i'm at 27-28C during the day and my canopy is half the size, so there is significantly less transpiration occuring (plants release moisture), too. All of a sudden my consistent WPM issue that would occur around 4-5weeks into flower stopped. I was so pissy at that time i nearly quite growing. I was fastidious about cleaning during this time, but at the end i was so pissed i didn't bother leading into the grow wiht half the canopy etc... even without cleaning i had no problem. Since then i've obviously wiped my tent down. I haven't had a wpm problem in 1.5 years. Indoors it's almost completely self-inflicted. Find a reason why and look inward, not outward.

Day 112 - September 24 September 24 - 03.00PM Defoliated affected PM leaves. This is purely an experiment at this stage, I'll use this growing time to analyse how poorly they grow with no Fan leaves. Oldest plant is untouched, as PM festers. September 25 - 06.00PM Defoliated last plant - All 3 are now skeletal with the last being infested with PM on sugar leaves. September 26 - 09.00PM Watered 2 younger plants 5- 6 L each. September 27 - 03.00PM Watered 2 Older plants. Colas have a beautiful aroma when sniffed. I suspect they'll get nice and pungent over the coming weeks - such a pity about PM. I'll likely not be able to smoke any of it.

Day 126 - October 8 October 8 - 12.00PM Powdery Mildew experiment comes to a close. Will chop in less than 5 days due to first frost. October 8 - 12.00PM Watered second oldest plant. October 8 - 12.00PM All plants have some degree of brown pistils, with the heaviest PM affected plant most mature with calyx' beginning to swell. October 8 - 12.00PM It'd be nice if I get some seeds, though doubt they'll mature fast enough before frost. October 13 - 06.00PM Watered all plants to runoff. Don't think tomorrow will frost, will keep them alive a bit longer - unhealthiest plant is most mature with calyx begining to swell.
