I do one hundred percent organic growing and the best way to do that is to have excellent soil I recommend making your own soil with sand, coffee grounds, wood ash, chicken poop and compost. I never use any additional nutrients just well water which contains minerals. It’s important not to use tap water for plants because it has chlorine in it
