What causes the appearance of purple on the stems and branches? It can be seen in the photos. Thanks in advance for the answers.

Stems red/purple because of strain, or stess related? Again, the same strain same everything but seems unstable? Any advice on a better strain?Second auto/fem that flowered 4 wks late. Issues with purple stem and yellow leaves in Autos starting at the bottom of the plant and moving it's way up the plant ?I grew a Lowryder and this really hurt my yield whatever it was i was supposed to get around 20g or so but I ended up getting 8g and its not the first time this has happened.

I have purple stems and problems with the leaves.
The soil contains organic nutrients and mycos sometimes I add flowering boost from royalqueenseeds so I don't think it is P or K problem.
