Severe burning from too many nutrients. Give just plain water for the next 2 weeks before starting feeding again with half strength nutrients and stay with half strength until harvest maturity. Damaged leaves will not recover, but new growth will be ok. Flushing with excessive amounts of water will cause even more nutrient salts to be freed from the substrate, causing further burning, so just give plain water in normal amounts at normal intervals.

It is hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a lot of deficiencies abd clawing, my guess would be nutrient lock out, that has being going on for a while, try flushing with plain water for a day or two.
