What deficiency does my plant have?

To me, this damage looks like what happens when you splash water/fertilizer on the leaves when the lights are on, and not a deficiency of any sort. Cheers, Organoman.

That could be a calcium deficiency. When you use a LED light they do tend to make the plant need more calcium. When you feed and When you water make sure you get run off coming out the base of the pot. Also don't feed with every watering do it every second or third watering. Always check and adjust ph if needed before feeding or watering.
