I had fungus gnats in the soil, about 5 days ago I put a layer of sand over the soil. Now I feel like the plants are not growing anymore, could it be because of the sand? Does the sand filter out the nutrients and take away important substances from the plant? Thanks

Las hojas de mis plantas se han curvado hacia abajo luego de haberla regado hace 3 días The soil is still quite moist, I've seen insects like thrips and fungus gnats, I've used potassium soap and neem oil. I've turned off the humidifier, leaving 47% humidity at 28°C. I've also raised the reflector to about 70cm above the plant. What else can I do??

Plants do not bloom Hi. On 23.08 I changed the light mode to 12/12 (before that it was 36 hours of darkness) but the plants still haven't bloomed but showed gender. The problem is that there is about 10 cm left to the lamp and I can no longer train it. How long can the plant stretch?
