Should I lower the light?

So, this is her 24 hours after she first came out of the soil. I am trying to follow 18-6 light cycle. The height is two inches. Does she look a little lanky to you guys? Should I lower the light a little bit?

Yes it looks lanky move light a little lower or move pot closer to the light some. best of luck with the grow.

Hello fellow grower going by what the grow light recommended height can most useful or if you have a par meter that be most accurate seedling like between 100-400. Would recommend anywhere from 16-22in away from the top will do the seedling fine. Can always add top soil in or leave it be for your future lst you set your self up for. Happy growing! Should i Keep the Full spectrum, Veg and Bloom, Blue and red, until harvest? i have it on since the week 4.
Now i am seeing some more vertical growth. Its the first time so, i dont really now the reaction of the plants during the weeks of bloom.

SeedlingsThis is my first grow and waiting for them to sprout out, I first soaked them in water over night on a seedling heat mat then put them into soil in these pots and into the plastic propagator in a dark room, should i take them out put them under lights now or wait til they sprout?

Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period.
