Should I lower the light?

So, this is her 24 hours after she first came out of the soil. I am trying to follow 18-6 light cycle. The height is two inches. Does she look a little lanky to you guys? Should I lower the light a little bit?

Yes it looks lanky move light a little lower or move pot closer to the light some. best of luck with the grow.

Hello fellow grower going by what the grow light recommended height can most useful or if you have a par meter that be most accurate seedling like between 100-400. Would recommend anywhere from 16-22in away from the top will do the seedling fine. Can always add top soil in or leave it be for your future lst you set your self up for. Happy growing! Nanners?Can someone verify my latest 2 photos look like nanners? If so, I’d love some insight on why my plants seem to be so light sensitive. Most growers seem to blast their plants with upwards of 200w with little issue. Mine is sitting at 80w 22inches and it seems to be struggling!4 years ago

Tried everything - Red spots almost everywhere. Turn from red to orange/yellow. Fungus?Getting very frustrated with these speckles. Iv tried decreasing Cal Mend and B-52. Improving air flow. Cleaning the tent head to toe and the res. Iv tried using UC roots. Im really not sure what's going on and IDK what to try to fix it. Grow was going so well. This sucks.

Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period. how do i get rid of little flying insect in my tent..., one of my friend gave my a plant to grow(basilic) since ive had the plant in my grow tent, ive seen little insect flying, if im not wrong i dont think they are fungus gnat since i only saw 3-4,and ive had the plant for 1 month.ive noticed some little hole in the plant leaf.
