I would raise your light since it is more then strong enough, best way to tell if you are at right strength and distance is by how plants respond. I have noticed the distance is slightly farther then they tell folks from personal use of a SE3000.
When you hit the sweet spot for the light the plant leaves will grow perky outwards, and more erect or at attention. Each strain will be different slightly as they all are.

What would cause more than half of my plants to start throwing pollen sacs?more than half my plants have thrown pollen sacs at the internode, and I’m 110% sure I have no light leaks, everything’s been perfect including light schedule/intensity, nutrients, watering and environment.
