Just wait until there are 95-98% brown pistils and harvest then. This will give you buds with peak THC levels. This post once again highlights the problem of basing everything on trichome colour as to when to harvest! Some strains will never develop amber trichomes and others can have 70%+ amber trichomes after only 4-5 weeks of flowering. Amber trichomes are largely a function of genetics and not the absolute definitive way of deducing a plants harvest maturity. Pistil colour/condition, however, is a direct link to plant maturity and it is plant maturity that should dictate harvest timing, and not trichome colour as the only determining factor as to when to harvest. Once you grow long enough, you will discover that trichome colour varies wildly between strains and can not be relied upon as the sole determining factor as when to harvest. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Listen to Organoman. Don't use a microscope to predict harvest, look at overall plant conditions. Most if not all pistils orange/brown and starting to recede/flatten back into the plant. The calyxes will swell up and add mass. Trichome color varies by strain and type and isn't a good predictor of done-ness. also, damaged trichombs will brown prematurely, so if you've been handling buds or they've touched anythin they can discolor...which is what this looks like.

Everything looks like it's going exactly how it should. I would recommend sticking to the harvest schedule and only take your plants down when their it's their time. If you feel like it could go for longer then by all means let your lady have a week or two longer, But never take your plant down before it's due. The buds look very nice 💚

Plant to me looks like it's got about 1-2 weeks left. Don't go by tricomes on the leaves. Check them only on the flower. You could chop now but I think your buzz would not be as good as it could be.

I doesn't really matter, pistils may turn amber later while drying. You usually have to trust the trichomes. Not sure the buds will fatten more but a real pro will confirm. If you're in the accurate crop window you should probably cut them.
