Benzelsanswered grow question 3 years ago I put a "short" post in my blue gorilla diary about the nutes im using. It basically shows anything and everything will work if used correctly, in smaller doses and not all mixed together at the same time. Ive used so many diff lines over the years its crazy- Canna was a fav for many years, their terra veg, and terra flores set worked great outdoors in soil with minimal effort. And their Aqua line was good in hydro too. There is one line we have here I just love, its prob the aussie version of Advanced Nutrients -Bloom Yellow Bottles. If you google "Bloom ooze" you will see one of their boosters- Their whole line is amazing but its not cheap like it used to be. That was my go to for years. walk into hyrdro store back in the day, sunnies and hat on, look for the yellow bottles, grab em fast and get the hell out of there before the cops noticed ya. or the green Canna bottles. Dutch Master was the other go to. Literally 4 out of 5 growers used one of those 3 lines back in the day. Canna, Dutch Master (now gone I think) and Bloom yellow bottle. Now Hy-gen does a good line. Like a really REALLY good line. Their coco starter kit is brilliant and simple to use. Most medical cannabis grown by the handful of licensed Gov run farms uses hy-gen as its so tightly regulated and they got full clearance and compliance... or ive got Cyco nutrients for friends before and they all are so happy with them I may need to check em out too one of these days. And professors Nutrients is impressing me more and more the more I use their boosters im seeing why they have such a good rep. Hope that gives you a few more options. At the end of the day its nitrogen, potassium and Phos in a bottle with trace elements and organic additives like vitamins and amino acids. each company says theirs is the best mix... and if used correctly most of them are right. lols. The best nutes are the ones that work and dont cause issues while using them- so simple to use. So saying that my last nute ive used with good results and was the easiest to use was green house feeding powders. Fill up watering can. measure powder. add powder. mix water well. pour on plant. 1 gram per liter makes math easy too right? Advanced nutes claim to fame is it auto Ph balances itself... IF your tap water isnt too bad. if its as shit as mine is, high ph and rock hard, plus full of chlorine and ammonium well it doesnt work.. i nearly did buy some of their other line to try, but after looking into it, they split their line into too many diff products for my liking. I prefer my base nutes to have more trace elements and additives generally as thats what we grew up on here in Australia- our hydro buds were among the best in the world. Full stop. In SA here, our buds were world class and equal to the best in Amsterdam, thats was widely accepted fact. And if any nute line wanted to survive being used exclusively by underground growers- it had to be cheap, good and work. U dont have time to measure out 6 or 12 diff bottles into a 200ltr ressy every few days and stuff around with all that junk. get inside, mix the nutes fast and get the fuck out fast too once your sure everything the same it was a few days ago. Thats why canna was so good.
