Yes it’s their version of calcium & magnesium, and a hefty amount of N @ 3% I’d just follow their guidelines for the most part.. adjust accordingly if needed. But yes this is the calmag supplement

i cant find the reference for magnifical , but basically as long as it has both mag and cal in it that's what it's supposed to be. so check the ingredients on the label just in case it doesnt have both. if it's missing one or the other, you need to add something extra. hope this helps ! 🚀

It all depends on substrate honestly. If your substrate has any coco coir in it you will likely need some at some point.
