Toxicity and pH issues.

Looks absolutely fine to me.. If you want to test the soil, you need a simple water testing kit from Zon, thats a PH meter and a TDS meter. What you do is, you water enough so that you get runoff, collect some of that runoff and test it first with the PH meter, and then with TDS meter. Adjust accordingly. Always make sure you leave enough breathing space in soil, dont waterlog it. If you are flushing it make sure that some will drain away so that the roots can breathe. Honestly, the plant looks absolutely fine, just keep giving it water when the soil dries out, but hold off on the nutes until you see the lower leaves start yellowing. Hope this helped :)
