Could be a insect about or it could be eggs. Check well under leaves, everywhere. Treating might be a good option. Just spray when lights go out . So it don't burn leaves from magnification of water. 🌱👍

In my country it is illegal to use neem on any crop intended for human consumption!

Caterpillar shit. Do a good inspection from bottom till top. Search every leaf. If u are still in vegative stage i recommend spraying neem oil.
